Great to meet you!

Welcome! I believe that every person has a unique story, experiences, and strengths that deserve to be understood and valued. Therapy can be a powerful tool for creating the life you want, and I am honored to walk alongside you in that process. With 17 years of experience in the helping professions, I bring a warm, collaborative, and holistic approach to counseling.

My approach to therapy

I believe that you are the expert in your own life. My role is to provide a warm, supportive space where together, we'll explore the connections between your past experiences, relationships, thoughts, and emotions to help you better understand yourself, navigate challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and to determine whether my counseling style is a good fit for you. You are always in control of what you choose to discuss and the pace. There is no pressure to tell your entire story right away.

During our time together, we'll talk about what brings you to counseling, your goals, and any questions you may have about the process. Most importantly, we'll begin building a therapeutic relationship that feels safe, collaborative, and supportive.
