Great to meet you!

I completed my counseling training at Marshall University and am a licensed professional counselor who truly believes in the power of connection and growth. My goal is to create a safe, caring, and supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted. Together, we’ll work to uncover your strengths, explore life’s challenges, and move toward the changes you want to see. I use evidence-based therapies and personalized treatment plans to meet your unique needs and goals. Whether you’re facing life transitions, relationship struggles, or simply seeking personal growth, I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and well-being.

My approach to therapy

In my work, I take a collaborative and compassionate approach to therapy. I combine Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques with other insight-oriented approaches to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel comfortable exploring life’s challenges and discovering new ways to cope and grow. I specialize in helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns, using evidence-based strategies tailored to your unique needs. Together, we’ll focus on building self-awareness, strengthening coping skills, and creating lasting, positive change in your life.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my priority is to help you feel comfortable, supported, and heard. We’ll spend time getting to know each other, talking about what brings you to therapy, and exploring what you hope to achieve. This initial session is a chance for you to share at your own pace—there’s no pressure or expectation to have everything figured out. Together, we’ll begin setting realistic and meaningful goals that promote personal growth, resilience, and overall well-being. My hope is that you leave our first meeting feeling a sense of relief, clarity, and hope, knowing that you don’t have to face life’s challenges alone.
