Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I take a holistic approach to therapy—integrating mental, emotional, physical, and social well-being. With over 15 years of experience, I support women ages 25–50 who are navigating life’s many roles and the invisible load that often comes with them. My goal is to help clients find balance, clarity, and renewed connection to themselves as they create a more grounded and fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to get to know you—your story, what’s been weighing on you, and what you’d like to see shift in your life. We’ll move at your pace, exploring what brings you to therapy and what support looks like for you. I aim to create a calm, judgment-free space where you can feel heard, understood, and grounded. Together, we’ll begin mapping out a path toward the balance and healing you’re seeking
