Great to meet you!

I am looking forward to working together! I have extensive experience in supporting diverse populations through life transitions, parenting skill resets, and empowering neurodiverse people to live their best lives. Let's find solutions together to move through those parts of life that feel stuck! I have over 20 years of experience supporting 2SLGBTQIA+ communities and parents of gender diverse children. My holistic approach can support adults in finding solutions to meet their goals that actually fit into their every day lives.

My approach to therapy

I am trained in various approaches, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Somatic Reprocessing, among others. My transpersonal background emphasizes mindfulness and solution-focused techniques. I believe that one approach does not fit everyone; part of our journey together involves exploring what works best for you, and I am here to support you in that process. Above all, it's essential that I align with your goals. Let’s take the time to get to know each other and determine if we are a good fit!

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I will introduce myself in more detail. However, my main priority is to hear from you about your hopes and what brings you to therapy. Together, we will explore which approaches can help you achieve your goals.
