Great to meet you!

People return to or start therapy with me after having a relapse, loss, or trauma flare-up. I help people through addiction, grief, trauma, relationships, parenting challenges, life transitions, gender issues, anxiety and depression. I am a licensed addiction counselor and mental health therapist. My presence is direct but warm. My approach is individualized and includes a combination of somatic awareness, parts work, mindfulness, recovery programming, DBT, therapy in nature, ceremony & ritual, and neuroscience. Every human has the capacity to make change in their own life.

My approach to therapy

I meet people outside for nature-based integration sessions, walk-and-talk therapy, short nature walks, longer hikes and even multi-day outdoor trips. I have offices in Louisville, Estes Park, and I can meet virtually.

What you can expect from me

I aim to make each session applicable to daily life. We will set goals for the week and consistently talk about the direction you want to move in long-term. You will direct our sessions and I will keep us on track.
