Great to meet you!

Welcome! I’m a therapist and ADHD-Certified Clinical Services Provider, which means I have additional training in supporting ADHD across the lifespan. Additionally, I specialize in anxiety, depression, grief, postpartum, and parenthood.

A large part of my work focuses on helping clients better understand the way their brain functions, reduce shame, and build realistic tools for daily life, emotional regulation, relationships, and executive functioning.

My style is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I believe therapy should feel like a place where you can be honest about what is actually hard without feeling blamed, dismissed, or “too much.”

I am committed to providing an affirming and inclusive space for all individuals, including members of the LGBTQ+ and trans community. Your identity and experiences are valued, and I strive to create a therapeutic environment where you feel seen, heard, and supported.

I also provide clinical supervision for those seeking LCSW licensure.

My approach to therapy

I use a collaborative, strengths-based approach that blends solution-focused therapy, cognitive reframing, mindfulness, somatic tools, reflective listening, and existential exploration. I work with clients to better understand patterns, build practical coping strategies, and reconnect with a sense of choice, meaning, and steadiness.

My approach is warm, practical, and individualized. I meet clients where they are while helping them move toward realistic goals, greater self-understanding, and tools they can use outside of session.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a therapy space that is both practical and reflective. Together, we may explore how your brain processes information, how your nervous system responds to stress, and how your thoughts, emotions, body sensations, behaviors, and relationships all connect.

I also value helping clients look beneath the surface, not just at symptoms, but at patterns, past experiences, grief, trauma, identity, and the values that matter most to them.

My goal is to help clients build insight, feel more grounded, and move toward a life that feels more intentional, meaningful, and aligned with who they are.
