Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who specializes in working with trauma and anxiety, helping clients develop greater emotional regulation, resilience, and self-understanding. I have a strong professional background in evidence-based, trauma-informed care and hold advanced training in approaches that support both cognitive and somatic healing. My education and clinical experience allow me to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs, with a focus on creating a safe, collaborative, and compassionate therapeutic relationship. I am especially passionate about helping individuals process past experiences, reduce anxiety, and move toward meaningful, lasting change. Additionally, as a commercial pilot, I enjoy working with individuals in the aerospace industry.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in the belief that the therapeutic relationship is the most important aspect of meaningful change. I prioritize building a warm, genuine, and safe space where clients feel understood, respected, and supported. Together, we work to identify and address the root causes of the challenges clients are experiencing in the present. Therapy is collaborative and compassionate, allowing clients to explore their experiences at a pace that feels empowering and sustainable.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my focus is on getting to know you as a whole person, not just the concerns that brought you to therapy. I am interested in understanding your lived experiences, your values, and what matters most to you, including your hopes and dreams for the future. We will talk about what is feeling most important right now and what you want from therapy, at a pace that feels comfortable. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, respected, and grounded in a space that is safe, genuine, and collaborative.
