Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with five years of experience working with individuals navigating some of life's hardest moments — including substance use, trauma, and court-involved situations. I'm now building a private telehealth and in-person practice in Utah where I can work with a wider range of people. I'm direct, down-to-earth, and genuinely invested in helping you figure out what a better version of your life looks like.

My approach to therapy

I have been trained in several therapeutic modalities, and my approach is intentionally eclectic. I believe that people are both complex and simple, and that oftentimes no single therapeutic approach fits every person or every situation.

My goal is to support you AND challenge you. I believe growth happens when we’re willing to look at things from a different perspective, recognize patterns that may no longer be serving us, and step outside of what feels comfortable.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know each other and getting a feel for what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’d like to work on, and what your goals are. We’ll also have a chance to get to know each other and see if we are a good fit for each other. I believe the therapeutic relationship plays a major role in truly effective therapy.

You don’t have to come in with everything figured out, and you definitely don’t have to share everything right away. Building trust takes time, and I want you to feel comfortable moving at your own pace. Share what feels right for you, and we’ll take it from there. My hope is that over time, therapy becomes a space where you can be open, honest, and fully yourself.
