Great to meet you!

I am a licensed clinical social worker with 15 years of experience working with individuals experiencing an array of challenges. The clients that I work with often find themselves stuck in difficult seasons due to many contributing factors. The presenting issues I have supported include but are not limited to depression, anxiety, relationship issues, family dynamics including parent coaching and co-parenting, crisis management, and behavioral problems.

My approach to therapy

My passion is to support and empower individuals that are struggling in a safe non-judgmental space to create stability, confidence and pathways to self-sustainability.

I take an active approach in understanding the full picture of what my clients are facing. I engage with my clients to find effective strategies and relief from the burdens weighing them down, partnering with them to feel empowered and confident as they navigate life with better mental health tools.

What you can expect from me

I want my clients to leave our sessions together with a sense of empowerment, clarity, and a sense of support.
