My specialization is in women's mental healthcare. This includes stressors such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. This also extends to perinatal mental health - issues within preganancy, postpartum, and parenthood. I am trained in recognizing and treating postpartum depression, anxiety, and OCD as well as planning for these issues during pregnancy.

I understand that every individual is unique and has different needs when it comes to counseling. That's why I take a personalized approach to each client and utilize a variety of evidence-based modalities to meet your specific needs. I believe that counseling is not a "one size fits all" solution and strive to create a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment.

I expect my clients to experience positive outcomes through therapy, such as increased self-awareness, improved coping skills, and greater emotional regulation. Clients may also experience improvements in their relationships, increased self-esteem, and a better sense of purpose and direction in life.
