Great to meet you!

Many of the women I work with are used to being the ones holding everything together — until anxiety, infertility, postpartum changes, grief, or overwhelm begin to feel too heavy to carry alone. Whether you are navigating fertility challenges, pregnancy loss, postpartum anxiety or depression, identity shifts in motherhood, or the emotional demands of balancing it all, therapy can provide a space where you feel supported, understood, and no longer alone in the process.

I specialize in women’s mental health and have advanced training in perinatal mental health as a Perinatal Mental Health Certified (PMH-C) clinician. Over the past several years, I have worked extensively with women navigating anxiety, life transitions, fertility and TTC experiences, pregnancy and postpartum adjustment, and the emotional complexities that can come with motherhood and caregiving.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and integrative, blending evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), psychodynamic therapy, and attachment-based approaches. I believe therapy should feel like a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can exhale, process your experiences openly, and build a deeper understanding of yourself.

Many of my clients are high-functioning women who appear capable on the outside while privately struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, burnout, guilt, or emotional exhaustion. Together, we work toward creating greater balance, self-compassion, emotional resilience, and meaningful change that feels sustainable in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for you to be seen, heard, and understood without judgment. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, explore what you’re hoping to change or better understand, and begin building a trusting relationship that will support your work going forward. From there, we’ll develop a plan that feels right for your goals and comfort level.
