Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Amanda, a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP) and proud Army veteran based in Colorado. With over six years of experience in psychiatric nursing, I’ve had the opportunity to work across a range of settings, from inpatient and outpatient care to emergency psychiatry and community mental health. These experiences have shaped the way I practice today: grounded, practical, and deeply committed to meeting people where they are.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to care is holistic and collaborative. I believe in combining evidence-based treatments with genuine curiosity and compassion. I take time to understand your full story, including your personal history, lifestyle, relationships, and goals. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions, I work with you to create a plan that feels right for your life.

What you can expect from our first session

In sessions with me, you can expect a down-to-earth and supportive approach. We’ll take time to understand what’s going on now and look at the bigger picture, including what might be contributing beneath the surface. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, supportive, and judgment-free, so you can explore what’s weighing on you and start building a path forward. Together, we’ll work toward not just feeling better, but feeling stronger, more balanced, and more like yourself!
