Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Psychologist with more than a decade of experience helping children, teens, and adults. I have worked in a variety of settings, including private practice, diverse PK-12 school settings, and a federal residential training program. I earned my Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Florida. I later completed my graduate studies at the University of South Florida where I was awarded my Doctorate in School Psychology with a specialization in mental health.

A bit about my approach to therapy

It is an honor to walk hand in hand with individuals and families during some of life's most demanding times. As a psychologist, I am a partner, mentor, and advocate for my clients. My treatment approach is flexible, but grounded in techniques that are effective and supported by research. I strive to create a relationship where my clients feel respected, supported, and accepted, so they can move confidently towards their goals.

What you can expect from our first session

I help clients develop strategies to alleviate symptoms and change problematic patterns in their thinking and interactions. Whatever your circumstances, therapy is a safe space for you to be yourself and gain insight and support to create a satisfying life.
