Great to meet you!

Reaching out for support isn’t always easy, especially when you’re trying to navigate personal challenges, family dynamics, or life stress on your own. You don’t have to go through it alone. I’m a licensed clinical social worker with experience supporting individuals and families across therapeutic, educational, and criminal justice settings.

I work with clients who want to build healthier relationships, better understand themselves, and improve their overall quality of life. My approach is grounded in recognizing your strengths while also understanding how past experiences may be impacting you today.

Clients should expect to feel heard and supported throughout our time together. I want my clients to feel safe and empowered during their time with me, and I feel privileged to help my clients achieve their goals and improve their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach is trauma-informed and strength-based, meaning I focus on both understanding your experiences and building on what’s already working within you. I believe that everyone has the ability to grow and create meaningful change when given the right support and tools.

We’ll work together to identify patterns, improve communication, and strengthen your relationships, whether that’s with yourself or others. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I aim to meet you where you are while helping you move forward in a way that feels manageable and aligned with your goals.

I hope clients will be able to positively grow while working together, while feeling supported and encouraged every step of the way.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on creating a safe, supportive space where you can begin sharing your story at your own pace. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what you’d like to work on, and what your goals for therapy look like.

We’ll also go over important details like boundaries, confidentiality, and what you can expect from the therapeutic process so you feel clear and comfortable moving forward.

Clients should expect to feel heard and supported throughout our time together, even from the very beginning. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling safe, empowered, and more confident about the path ahead.
