Great to meet you!

I am a therapist, queer woman, sister, friend. When I’ve needed help, it’s been hard to find the type of support I need. So, I’ve dedicated my career to being that person for others. I'm glad you are here, and open to getting help. I work with individuals age 14+ on depression, anxiety, and identity. I specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ communities, and also have experience treating eating disorders.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I work from a trauma-informed and strengths-based approach. Therapy with me is relational, interpersonal, and attachment based (meaning it is in-the-moment). My work is anti-diet, anti-racist, culturally humble, and intersectional. I also pull from Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I find that these are helpful for providing specifics skills and frameworks for us to rely on when needed.

What you can expect from our first session

You can expect a smiling face, laughter, and crying in our sessions. I’m all about feelings. Don’t worry, we will take things entirely at your pace! When it gets hard, we will hold hope for a better future.
