Great to meet you!

My greatest strength is relationship building. I want to hear your story, hear where you're coming from, and help you get to where you want to go. The first season of my career was in outdoor adventure and summer camp programming, so you can expect a relaxed, comfortable, and warm relationship - possibly some adventure. I work with all ages and strive to meet folks where they are. I am an Infant Mental Health Specialist and trained in Play Therapy, Child Parent Psychotherapy, EMDR, and person-centered therapy. I enjoy working with children, parents, teens, and people of all ages. I have experience and knowledge in working through trauma, religious deconstruction and reconstruction, perinatal mental health including fertility issues, parenting and child development, and generational trauma and complicated family stuff. I have two masters degrees and advanced training in play therapy and child development. I am competent in working with aviation professionals and familiar with this unique subculture.

My approach to therapy

My style is person-centered, social justice oriented, attachment and development minded, and relaxed. I specialize in trauma, child development, infant mental health, play and outdoor adventure therapies, and working with parents. I have a lot of experience working cross-culturally.

What you can expect from me

I like to talk with clients about tackling problems and challenges "from the outside, in and the inside, out" at the same time. This means we will talk about and work on skills to manage the symptoms that are impeding your functioning while digging deeper to find and manage the root of your challenges.
