Great to meet you!
Hi, I’m Amanda. Born and raised in Kansas, my work has taken me through crisis centers, hospitals, schools, and addiction treatment programs, shaping a deep understanding of both the complexity of human behavior and the resilience people carry within them.
Since 2020, I’ve been in private practice, where I intentionally maintain a limited caseload. This allows for a more thoughtful, personalized approach and ensures that the clients I work with receive consistent, attentive care.
Many of my clients come in feeling anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply aware that something isn’t quite right, even if they can’t fully put words to it. Together, we work to make sense of those experiences, reduce internal friction, and create a way of functioning that feels more aligned, sustainable, and supportive of their day-to-day life.
