Great to meet you!

Life can change in an instant. Whether you're navigating a cancer diagnosis or significant health concern, grieving a loss, adjusting to perimenopause or menopause, managing anxiety, or facing a major life transition, you don't have to go through it alone. I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and authentic, creating a safe, supportive environment where we can build a trusting therapeutic relationship and work together toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I provide a compassionate, collaborative, and authentic space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered. Together, we'll identify what's most important to you and develop practical strategies using evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my primary goal is to get to know you and understand what has brought you to therapy. Clients appreciate my direct yet empathetic approach and the genuine therapeutic relationship we build together. I am passionate about helping people navigate life's most challenging seasons and believe therapy can foster resilience and healing. If this resonates with you, let's chat and see if we are a good fit!
