Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 12 years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and self-esteem concerns. I earned my Master of Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and have worked in a variety of clinical settings supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds.

I believe that healing happens within a safe, supportive relationship where clients feel seen, heard, and understood. My goal is to create a space where you can explore difficult experiences without judgment while building the tools and confidence needed to create meaningful change. I am particularly passionate about helping individuals heal from trauma, manage anxiety, and develop a stronger sense of self-worth.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. I draw from evidence-based practices including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and somatic-based interventions. Together, we will explore the patterns, experiences, and beliefs that may be contributing to current challenges while developing practical strategies to support growth and healing.

I view therapy as a partnership. Whether you're processing past trauma, navigating a major life transition, or working to better understand yourself, I strive to help you build insight, resilience, and lasting change at a pace that feels comfortable and manageable.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll spend time getting to know one another and discussing what brought you to therapy. I'll ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, relationships, strengths, and goals so I can better understand your unique experience. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions and determine whether I feel like a good fit for your needs.

My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, supported, and hopeful. Together, we'll begin identifying priorities for treatment and create a plan that aligns with your goals, helping you feel more confident about the path forward.
