No matter what is bringing you to therapy, you do not have to face these concerns alone. I would be honored to guide you on a journey towards healing and mental wellness.

I take an integrative approach by incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness-based techniques into the therapy process. This helps gives you concrete tools and coping skills to manage your emotions as well as challenge your anxious or negative thoughts.

You will complete all intake paperwork before we meet via the secure online client portal, that way our first session is more personable and we can really get to know each other. You can share as little or as much as you feel comfortable with. My hope for every session is that you leave feeling empowered, heard, supported and a bit more at peace.
