Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping women who are struggling with overwhelming anxiety + stress, life transitions, infertility, perinatal loss and maternal mental health. Many of my clients are young adult and millennial women seeking support as they navigate relationship issues and family dynamics, build self-esteem and overcome various challenges in their life from breakups to motherhood.

After graduating with my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling in 2015, I worked in both residential and outpatient settings providing individual, family, and group counseling to children, teens, and adults. Once I started my own private practice, I knew I wanted to specifically focus on creating a safe space for women to heal, grow and feel empowered.

I have taken extensive trainings in Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders through Postpartum Support International, Perinatal Loss and Grief as well as Healing Perinatal Trauma.

Whether you are looking to find new ways to cope with stress and anxiety, heal from infertility trauma, grieve a loss or navigate postpartum, you do not have to face these concerns alone. I would be honored to support you on a journey to mental health and wellness.

My approach to therapy

I take an integrative approach by incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness-based techniques throughout the therapy process. This helps to give you concrete tools + coping skills to better manage your stress and emotions as well as challenge your negative or anxious thoughts. More importantly, you can expect to be met with compassionate support in a safe and non-judgmental space.

What you can expect from me

You will complete all intake paperwork before we meet via the secure online client portal, that way our first session is more personable and we can really get to know each other. You can share as little or as much as you feel comfortable with. My hope for every session is that you leave feeling empowered, heard, supported and a bit more at peace.
