Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) with experience providing outpatient mental health counseling to individuals, couples, and families. I obtained my Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in May 2019 from Fort Hays State University and have worked as a provider within a community college setting and an outpatient hospital clinic scheduling.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe that each individual is the expert of their own life, and therapy should be a place to work together to identify what is keeping one stuck and develop tools to help move forward.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, I will get to know you by asking questions that look at you as a whole - physical health, mental health, emotional health, and gather history of your family and you socially. We will also discuss consent and what you can expect from therapy.
