Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed professional counselor in Pennsylvania and the owner of Ash Haven Wellness, specializing in working with teens and young adults. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem, and the challenges that often come with school, college, work, and early adulthood. My approach is warm, conversational, and collaborative, incorporating CBT, DBT, and person-centered techniques based on each client’s individual needs. I work to create a space where clients feel comfortable being themselves while gaining practical tools, new perspectives, and greater confidence in navigating life’s challenges.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, conversational, and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when clients feel comfortable being themselves, so I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where sessions feel natural while still being purposeful. I draw from CBT, DBT, and person-centered approaches, tailoring treatment to each client rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we’ll explore patterns, build practical coping skills, and work toward meaningful changes that feel realistic and sustainable in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is focused on getting to know you, what’s bringing you to therapy, and what you’d like to get out of our work together. I keep the conversation relaxed and collaborative, so there’s no pressure to know exactly what to say or have everything figured out beforehand. We’ll talk about what’s been going on, identify areas you’d like to work on, and begin developing goals that feel meaningful and realistic for you. Most importantly, the first session is an opportunity for you to get a feel for my approach and determine whether we’re a good fit.
