Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who enjoys working with people across the lifespan and from a wide range of backgrounds. I help clients navigate anxiety, stress, trauma, life transitions, relationships, self-esteem, and the everyday challenges that come with all of it. I also have experience working with forensic populations and individuals living with severe and persistent mental illness. I value authenticity, curiosity, and humor in the work we do together. Outside of sessions, you will find me trying new crafts, working through puzzles, and spending time with my family and pets.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and trauma-informed, grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy techniques. I focus on creating a space where clients feel heard, supported, and empowered to make the changes they are looking for. We work as a team, and I bring authenticity and a sense of humor to the process so that therapy feels human and not clinical.

What you can expect from me

The first session is about getting to know each other. We will talk through what brought you in, what you are hoping to work on, and what you want therapy to look like for you. There is no pressure to have everything figured out. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard and with a clear sense of how we can move forward together.
