I am in the Counseling field because I believe it is my calling to help people navigate life’s challenges. I have considerable experience helping clients who are facing a wide range of struggles from anxiety and job stress to suicidal ideation and family crisis.

When you face painful life circumstances and personal challenges, one of the bravest and wisest things you can do is to reach out for help. My passion is to provide a caring environment focused on helping you to grow and heal. I mostly implement Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy.

My goal is that you walk away from your session feeling some relief and hope. Together we will tailor a treatment plan that works best for you and your unique situation!
