Great to meet you!
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 12 years of experience helping adults navigate difficult seasons of life. I hold a Master’s in Social Services and a Master’s in Law and Social Policy from Bryn Mawr College, and I am licensed in Pennsylvania, Missouri, Georgia, Tennessee, and Texas.
My areas of particular interest include women’s mental health, perinatal and postpartum concerns, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, stress and burnout, parenting, relationships, and major life transitions. I have specialized training in perinatal care and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
I came to therapy because I genuinely enjoy the process of sitting with people as they make sense of what is happening in their lives and figure out what comes next. I’m down-to-earth, comfortable talking about difficult or uncomfortable things, and I believe therapy should feel like a conversation—not an interrogation.
I also believe you are the expert on your own life. My role is to bring experience, perspective, questions, and tools to the process while helping you identify what matters to you and what you want to change.
