Great to meet you!

If anxiety, stress, or the weight of past experiences has been running the show lately, you’ve found a warm and caring place to start. Over the past four years, I’ve had the privilege of helping adults work through anxiety, chronic stress, trauma, and PTSD, along with the unique challenges that so many women carry. Whatever brought you here, my hope is to help you feel calmer, steadier, and more like yourself again. Wherever you are in your journey, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

My approach to therapy

My work is warm, collaborative, and always centered around you and your story. Together, we’ll gently make sense of what’s been weighing on you, build practical tools you can actually use in daily life, and help you feel more grounded and in control. I also support adults navigating ADHD and OCD, and I’ll always meet you at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

I want therapy to feel less like a clinical exchange and more like a genuine, supportive partnership. This is a space where you can be fully yourself, feel truly heard, and move toward the life you want, one step at a time. If you’re ready to feel more like yourself again, let’s take that first step together.
