Hi I am Amanda Wittmer, I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Art Therapist based in Illinois. I focus on issues of trauma (religious, childhood and sexual), relationships, identity and transitions through talk and art therapy.
I provide a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, safe, and non-judgmental space which creates a space for my clients to be able to address difficult experiences, attachment issues and trauma. In using art therapy, it allows my clients to express their emotions and experiences through a physical representation for the client and art therapist to process collaboratively.
