Great to meet you!

When life becomes overwhelming and you are stuck in negative cycles, it may be difficult to manage your feelings. This could lead to undesirable responses and we forget what used to bring us joy. These situations can affect our abilities in managing work, connecting with others, and feeling fulfilled. Whether it is struggling with anxiety, depression, or adjusting to life changes, we will discover new tools to overcome hurdles and future challenges.

A bit about my approach to therapy

With ACT, CBT, Mindfulness, and Solution Focused Therapy, we will explore and acknowledge your thoughts and feelings to bring greater self awareness. This allows us to view situations and reactions with new perspectives. We can change our patterns leading to flexible solutions. This brings us inner peace to focus on being present and rebuild your peace and happiness.

What you can expect from our first session

Going into therapy can be uncomfortable. I will help you apply the strengths that you already possess and teach you new coping strategies to live the life that you envision. Together, we will tap into your resiliency to live a fulfilling life. I am fluent in English & Cantonese.
