Great to meet you!

I believe one of the most important parts of therapy is feeling genuinely seen, heard, and understood. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore life's challenges while building the skills and confidence to create meaningful change.

I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) and my LICSW. As a clinical social worker in a medical setting, I have supported various individuals navigating complex medical diagnoses, life transitions, grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, and significant psychosocial stressors. This work has strengthened my ability to help clients cope with uncertainty, build resilience, and navigate difficult life circumstances with compassion and practical support.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and tailored to each individual's unique needs. I integrate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and motivational interviewing to help clients better understand themselves, develop healthier coping strategies, and move toward the life they want to live.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and determine whether we're a good fit. My priority is creating a space where you feel comfortable, heard, and free to share at your own pace—there's no pressure to tell your entire story in one meeting.

We'll spend time discussing what brings you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I'll ask questions about your personal history, relationships, physical and emotional health, and any previous experiences with therapy to better understand the bigger picture.
