Great to meet you!

Hello! My approach is centered in the belief that authentic connection with ourselves and others heals. Therapy is an opportunity to dive deep, to develop greater self knowledge, to come into wholeness, accepting and integrating all of our parts and aligning our lives with our Truth and the fullness of who we are. I look forward to the opportunity to support you.

My approach to therapy

I have an eclectic approach to therapy that focuses the needs and goals of my client and honors that those needs and goals will change with time. I integrate the following modalities: psychodynamic, internal family systems, somatic parts work, existential humanistic, client-centered, cognitive behavioral, emotionally focused therapy, mindfulness, harm reduction and psychedelic integration.

What you can expect from me

Sessions are a supportive space of acceptance and safety to connect with and presence thoughts, feelings and integrate experiences. As we all have our own unique lenses through which we view life, which have been shaped by our experiences, sessions are a space in which to receive outside observations and perspectives to support our healing journey, in a way that empowers you as an expert on your own life and well-being.
