Great to meet you!

I get it—feeling stuck in the same old patterns, craving deeper connections, and wondering how to even begin to break free can be exhausting. If you’re anything like the people I work with (and honestly, like I once was myself), you’ve probably spent a lot of time thinking, “Something has to change... but what?” That’s where I come in.

My approach to therapy

I’m direct, warm, and a little bit fun—but I’ll also challenge you when you need it. You won’t find stuffy or clinical here; I’m all about creating a space that feels safe, authentic, and even a little lighthearted (we can do hard things and laugh along the way). In our sessions, we’ll get into the real work—whether it’s healing trauma, improving communication, or breaking free from old cycles that leave you feeling stuck.

I use evidence-based approaches like CBT, ACT, DBT, EMDR, and EFT, and I’m passionate about helping folks in the sober curious community find a non-AA path that works for them. Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you and help you create a life and relationships that feel aligned, healthy, and fulfilling.

What you can expect from me

So, if you’re ready to take that next step—whether you’re an individual or a couple looking for support—I’d love to connect and see how we can work together. Let’s create real, lasting change. You deserve it.
