Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has been working in the field of counseling psychology since 2018. I have experience in both substance use treatment and psychotherapy, and worked with individuals navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, and life transitions. I have attended Mercy College and recieved a Masters degree in Mental health

My approach to therapy

I believe that therapy is a collaborative and deeply personal process. I use an integrative approach that draws from cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and dialectical behavior therapy. This approach helps create a collaborative, supportive, and positive therapeutic environment, allowing us to work together to identify effective strategies and address your unique needs.
