Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I believe self connection is the most important thing for mental health. Often times we are so wrapped up in our lives, it is hard to listen to ourselves, which leads to mental health struggles. My goal is to help you reconnect with your self-empowerment and help you create a life that happens for you instead of to you. I work with individuals from a plethora of backgrounds to help them reconnect with themselves and learn the best way for them to ride the tides of life.

My approach to therapy

I use an eclectic therapeutic style that allows me to meet my clients exactly where they are in their care. I lean on the practices of different modalities including CBT, REBT, and Mindfulness. My work includes helping clients create their footing while they are battling depression, anxiety, major life changes, ADHD, complex trauma, and bipolar disorder.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I will give you space to share your story, ask me any questions to ensure your comfort throughout the process, and create tangible goals for our time together. My intention is to create a safe and comfortable space for you to challenge yourself, meet yourself in new ways, and process parts of you that are no longer aligned.
