Great to meet you!
My goal as a therapist is to support you in building a deeper understanding of yourself, finding healing, and working through life’s challenges with compassion and care. I know how overwhelming life can feel at times, and I strive to create a space where you can feel safe, seen, and truly yourself.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Queens College and a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Mercy College. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working in both private practice and community health settings, supporting individuals, couples, families, and adolescents through various life stages and circumstances.
One of the principles I hold close is: “Bravery isn’t the absence of fear, but the courage to embrace it and push through.”You don’t have to face it all alone — I’m here to walk alongside you, offering support and encouragement every step of the way.
