Life can become overwhelming when anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, or ongoing stress begin affecting your ability to feel like yourself. You may feel emotionally exhausted, stuck in unhealthy patterns, struggling to cope with loss, or uncertain about how to move forward. I work with adults and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, stress management concerns, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, emotional overwhelm, and personal growth goals. With more than 15 years of experience in social work and mental health settings, I have supported individuals through some of life's most difficult moments while helping them build resilience and confidence. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Together, we'll identify the challenges standing in your way and develop practical strategies that support healing, growth, and long-term emotional wellness.
