Great to meet you!

Life can become overwhelming when anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, or ongoing stress begin affecting your ability to feel like yourself. You may feel emotionally exhausted, stuck in unhealthy patterns, struggling to cope with loss, or uncertain about how to move forward. I work with adults and older adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues, stress management concerns, life transitions, self-esteem challenges, emotional overwhelm, and personal growth goals. With more than 15 years of experience in social work and mental health settings, I have supported individuals through some of life's most difficult moments while helping them build resilience and confidence. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Together, we'll identify the challenges standing in your way and develop practical strategies that support healing, growth, and long-term emotional wellness.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, strengths based, and solution focused. I believe that meaningful change begins by recognizing the strengths and abilities you already possess while developing new skills to navigate life's challenges. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Positive Psychology, Strength-Based Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Mindfulness-based interventions to tailor treatment to each client's unique goals and experiences. Together, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors contributing to current challenges while identifying practical tools that support growth and healing. Whether you're managing anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, stress, life transitions, or emotional distress, therapy will focus on helping you improve emotional regulation, strengthen coping skills, build resilience, and create lasting positive change.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a warm, supportive, and goal-oriented environment where you feel valued and understood. I strive to create a space where you can openly discuss challenges, process difficult emotions, and work toward meaningful solutions at a pace that feels right for you. As we work together, you may develop healthier coping strategies, stronger relationships, increased confidence, improved emotional regulation, and greater resilience in the face of life's challenges. My goal is to help you feel empowered to navigate difficult situations with clarity and confidence while building a stronger foundation for long-term emotional well-being and personal growth.
