Great to meet you!

I’m a Doctor of Nursing Practice and board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides compassionate, evidence-based mental health care for adults. My approach is grounded in listening without judgment, understanding the whole person, and creating a treatment plan that fits each client’s individual needs and goals. I have a particular interest in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma-related concerns, and life transitions. My goal is to create a safe, respectful space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered in your mental health journey.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative and individualized approach to mental health care. I believe effective treatment starts with understanding your experiences, concerns, strengths, and goals, not just a diagnosis. When medication is appropriate, I use evidence-based prescribing and carefully monitor your response, while also encouraging healthy coping strategies and practical tools that support long-term well-being. We will work together to develop a treatment plan that feels realistic, respectful, and aligned with your goals.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and start understanding what brought you here. We’ll discuss your current concerns, mental health history, goals, and any factors that may be affecting your well-being. I’ll answer your questions, explain treatment options clearly, and, when appropriate, work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan. Most importantly, you can expect a welcoming, judgment-free environment where you can be honest, ask questions, and feel heard.
