Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10 years of experience supporting older adolescents and adults through life’s challenges, transitions, and periods of growth. With a masters degree in Clinical Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University, I have an array of background experience working with individuals who've experienced depression, suicidal ideation, anxiety, mood dysregulation, significant life transitions, grief, loss and identity issues.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are. My approach is holistic, collaborative, and empowering — helping clients reconnect with themselves, navigate uncertainty, and move toward healing with greater clarity and self-compassion. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and the often-overwhelming feeling of losing touch with yourself along the way. Whether you’re feeling stuck, emotionally exhausted, or simply ready for change, I strive to help you feel understood, grounded, and supported every step of the process.

What you can expect from me

I strive to create a warm and compassionate atmosphere with deep respect for each person's unique story.
