Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) with over six years of experience providing mental health services to children, adolescents, and adults. I earned my degree from Westfield State University and have worked across a variety of community-based settings, including outpatient therapy, in-home family therapy, mobile crisis intervention, and school counseling.

Throughout my career, I have supported individuals navigating a wide range of challenges, including trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, life transitions, addiction, behavioral concerns, and relationship difficulties. I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to achieve their personal goals.

My approach to therapy

I strongly believe that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Every individual has unique experiences, strengths, and needs, which is why I tailor treatment to each client using an eclectic, evidence-based approach. My therapeutic style integrates techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), strengths-based interventions, solution-focused therapy, and other evidence-based modalities to best support the healing and growth process.

I have received specialized certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) through Baystate Hospital and have extensive experience helping individuals and families process traumatic experiences, build resilience, and develop healthy coping skills. My goal is to collaborate with clients to foster meaningful change, emotional wellness, and lasting personal growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your goals, and any concerns you'd like to address. I strive to create a welcoming, supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and comfortable moving forward at your own pace.
