Great to meet you!

Welcome — I’m glad you’re here. Reaching out for therapy can bring up many emotions, from uncertainty to hope, and taking this first step is something to be proud of. Seeking support is not easy, and your willingness to begin this journey already reflects strength and self-awareness.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel personal, collaborative, and centered around your unique experiences, goals, and needs. I take an individualized approach to treatment, drawing from different therapeutic modalities to best support your growth, healing, and overall well-being. This is your space — one where you can feel safe, heard, respected, and genuinely understood.

I provide a compassionate, nonjudgmental environment and have experience working with diverse populations and complex life experiences. My areas of focus include the Latinx community, trauma, grief and loss, mental and medical complexities, and family and relationship dynamics.

What you can expect from me

No matter where you are in your journey, you are welcome here. My role is to support and empower you as we build on your strengths, develop meaningful coping tools, and work toward a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and aligned with your values. You do not have to navigate this alone — I’m here to walk alongside you.
