Great to meet you!

I am a Board Certified Psychiatric and Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a graduate of the Rush University Doctor of Nursing Practice program. I also completed a post-doctoral fellowship program in community mental health. I enjoy partnering with you to identify your needs and to develop a plan to improve your mental health so that you are functioning at your best at home, at your workplace and socially. I am accepting adult patients and my specialties are mood and anxiety disorders.

My approach to therapy

I use a combination of medication management and talk therapy (psychotherapy) to treat patients.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to feel seen and heard as your own treatment priorities and unique experiences are the focus of our visits. You can expect to receive comprehensive education regarding the diagnosis and your treatment plan. The treatment plan is well-rounded, often incorporating a combination of the latest evidence-based options for medication, psychotherapy or complementary therapies.
