Great to meet you!

I graduated in 2019, got fully licensed in 2022 and have been working in private practice since. I thrive when working with people who feel stuck, uncertain, and frozen in life. I am a person-center therapist who will tailor your treatment according to your needs.

My approach to therapy

I use different modalities to help facilitate change including expressive arts, mindfulness, DBT, ACT, EMDR and somatic experiencing, what I use will depend on your individual situation. Ultimately though, I am a welcoming therapist who will take you as you are without judgment and will show compassion for your story - whatever that may be.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I have a questionnaire that will allow me to get a deeper understanding of your background and what you're wanting to get out of counseling. Once we complete that, we will talk about next steps including goals, scheduling, and expectations.
