Great to meet you!

I am a Marriage and Family Therapist in Texas. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science from the University of Texas A&M–Corpus Christi and my Master’s degree in Counseling with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Edward’s University. I have several years of psychotherapy experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings with adolescents, adults, and families. I have provided clinical services to teens, families, and individuals regarding anxiety, life transitions, and parenting concerns.

My approach to therapy

My purpose is to support you unconditionally as you work on your relationship with yourself and others. My purpose is to hear your concerns, encourage you with hope, and teach you skills to improve your life. I look forward to meeting you in person or virtually.

What you can expect from me

My approach to therapy is rooted in establishing a strong, collaborative therapeutic relationship built on trust and safety by getting to know one another. I will ask questions grounded in non judgmental acceptance and active listening. I prioritize understanding your unique concerns and goals by respecting you are the expert of your life. Over time I will gently challenge limiting beliefs and patterns by teaching evidence based psychoeducation with light humor. My goal is to teach you concrete tools to increase your self awareness and navigate life's complexities with greater confidence and growth.
