Great to meet you!

Does your teen seem more anxious, withdrawn, overwhelmed, or hard on themselves lately? Maybe they're struggling with perfectionism, low self-confidence, grief, or experiences they have trouble talking about. Parents often reach out because they can tell something is wrong but aren't sure how to help. I work with teens ages 12–18 who need a safe, welcoming space to feel heard, make sense of what they're going through, and begin feeling more like themselves again.

I offer convenient virtual therapy specializing in trauma, grief and loss, attachment challenges, anxiety, perfectionism, and self-confidence. Through a warm, relationship-focused approach, I help teens process difficult experiences, develop healthy coping skills, strengthen relationships, and feel more confident in who they are.

Watching your teen struggle can be heartbreaking, especially when you're not sure how to help. Finding someone your teen feels safe with and genuinely connects with can make all the difference. I'd love to hear more about what's going on and explore whether we're a good fit. Reach out for a free, no-pressure consultation.

My approach to therapy

My approach blends attachment-based, trauma-focused therapies like EMDR and AEDP with creative, strengths-based techniques tailored to each teen. Sessions are collaborative and paced to help your teen feel safe, heard, and never pressured. Together, we'll explore what's beneath their struggles, build emotional skills, and help them develop confidence and healthier connections.

What you can expect from me

I help teens struggling with overwhelming emotions, trauma, and difficult life experiences, while supporting parents who aren't sure how to help. Together, we'll explore the underlying challenges and create an individualized plan focused on building emotional regulation skills, processing difficult experiences, strengthening relationships, and helping teens feel more confident and connected.
