Great to meet you!

Hi there! My name is Amber, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have over 5 years of experience working with severe depression, anxiety and mood disorders, as well as complex trauma and substance abuse, both in a group and individual setting.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I like to empower my clients to understand their past and present stressors or experiences so as to create the future that brings them peace and allows them to reach their goals. I like to take an open minded and warm approach to help each client better understand their own person and walk alongside the client to navigate overwhelming emotions and thoughts. I want my client to feel like they are in charge of their own treatment and have support and guidance the entire way.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients will walk away with a greater sense of self and the ability to achieve their fullest potential.
