Great to meet you!

If you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in unhealthy relationship patterns, struggling with self-doubt, or navigating a major life transition, therapy can help you find clarity and move forward with confidence. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, ADHD, depression, relationship challenges, stress, grief, and life changes. My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative while also helping you gently challenge patterns that may no longer be serving you. Together, we'll explore what is contributing to your current struggles, build greater self-awareness, and develop practical tools that support meaningful and lasting change. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself, your relationships, and the life you want to create.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic and relational approach to therapy that recognizes the connection between thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, and nervous system responses. I help clients better understand the patterns that influence their lives while developing practical tools for managing stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and relationship challenges. Therapy is a collaborative process where we work together to build insight, strengthen resilience, and create sustainable change. My style is warm, curious, supportive, and focused on helping you move toward greater balance, self-compassion, and emotional well-being.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to slow down and gain a deeper understanding of what has brought you to therapy. We'll discuss your current challenges, important life experiences, relationships, goals, and the changes you'd like to make moving forward. My priority is creating a comfortable, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Together, we'll begin identifying patterns, strengths, and areas for growth while creating a roadmap for the work ahead. You can expect to leave with greater clarity about your goals and how therapy can support your journey.
