Great to meet you!

Hello, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona. I provide individual therapy to BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and other marginalized adults throughout Arizona recovering from and/or navigating oppressive systems.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a combination of Eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR), motivational interviewing (MI), parts work, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), solution focused therapy (SFT), and mindfulness to help people navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, self esteem, relationships, and other issues.

What you can expect from our first session

As we develop our therapeutic relationship, we will work together to understand your personal and generational history so you can move forward with compassion for your experiences but also work towards desired change. I will honor your right to self determination and to be the “captain of their ship”; while I assist with direction from time to time.
