Great to meet you!

I am a psychobehavioral therapist with over 6 years of experience providing compassionate, client-centered care to individuals across the lifespan.

My clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds who present with a wide range of mental health challenges, including trauma and PTSD, depression, anxiety, mood disorders, schizophrenia, ADHD, self-image concerns, body dysphoria, and the psychological effects of sexual abuse and other traumatic experiences. I also have experience supporting adults living with severe mental illness through crisis intervention, Illness Management and Recovery (IMR), and therapeutic interventions focused on stability, coping, and improved quality of life.

My therapeutic expertise includes Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Informed Care, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Feminist Therapy, Family Therapy, and other evidence-based modalities that are adapted to each client’s specific needs and treatment goals.

My approach to therapy

I have a special passion for working with children and adolescents and have experience providing psychotherapy and emotional skills training for youth with severe emotional disturbances. I value the uniqueness of each client and believe in collaborating with individuals and families to create personalized treatment plans that foster growth, healing, and long-term success.

As a mental health professional, I am deeply committed to advocacy, reducing stigma, increasing mental health awareness, and connecting clients and families with meaningful community resources that support overall wellness and recovery.

What you can expect from me

My therapeutic approach is rooted in creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered in their healing journey. I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each client by using evidence-based practices that promote healing, self-acceptance, resilience, and personal growth.
