Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing culturally affirming therapy for adults navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and identity exploration. I specialize in working with individuals who hold multiple intersecting identities, including Black, LGBTQ+, and other historically marginalized communities, who are seeking a space that feels both grounding and empowering.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply ready for something to shift, therapy can be a space to slow down and reconnect with yourself.

My approach to therapy

Our sessions feel like a space where you can exhale. You are met with warmth, curiosity, and no judgment. We move at your pace, making room for honesty, reflection, and even moments of lightness as we work through what feels heavy.

What you can expect from me

Over time, you can expect to feel more secure in who you are, set boundaries more easily, and move through life with greater clarity and self-trust. Growth here is about building a life that feels aligned, steady, and truly your own.
