Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15+ years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults in various capacities. I have experience (not limited to) people who are depressed, anxious, have grief, feeling overwhelmed, low self-esteem and in crisis.

.

My approach to therapy

One of the best decisions you can make in your life is to reach out and ask for help. Therapy is about change and trying to figure out the old patterns that are not working anymore. As a parent of school-aged children and working in the mental health field, I recognize that people have been struggling. If you were struggling pre-pandemic I realize that COVID may have exasperated your feelings, your mood, and may have increased anxiety, worry, depression. I want to help you maximize your skills.

What you can expect from me

We all have our own unique story and experiences. It is a privilege when individuals choose to share their stories with me. Now that you have taken the first step by reading this, let's talk and see how I might be able to help get you moving in the "right" direction. Let's discover your own best ways of being.
