Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with women who feel stuck in patterns such as people-pleasing, overthinking, perfectionism, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling disconnected from themselves. These patterns are often rooted in developmental and relational trauma and can continue to impact relationships, self-worth, and emotional well-being. My approach is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from EMDR, Brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help clients heal at the root of their struggles.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client's unique needs. We begin by building practical skills through DBT to help you feel more grounded, emotionally regulated, and better equipped to manage distress. As you feel ready, we transition into deeper trauma processing using EMDR, Brainspotting, and IFS to address the experiences that shaped the patterns you're struggling with. Throughout therapy, I incorporate mindfulness and somatic-based approaches to support a deeper connection with yourself and your emotions.

What you can expect from me

I believe healing happens at a pace that feels safe and sustainable. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you feel empowered to explore difficult experiences without feeling rushed. Together, we'll work toward building self-trust, confidence, emotional resilience, and self-compassion so you can move beyond survival patterns and develop a more authentic, connected relationship with yourself.
