Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who offers a compassionate, trauma informed approach to therapy.

I work with individual, couples, families and adolescents as they navigate some of life's most difficult moments, providing a supportive and nonjudgmental space to gain clarity, build resilience, and foster lasting change. I have experience with helping clients who are experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions and the impact of past experiences.

My approach to therapy

I take a positive, holistic, and person-centered approach to therapy. I believe healing happens when we look at the whole person's mind, body, and environment, while also building self-awareness, self-esteem, and sustainable self-care practices.

In our work together, you are in the driver’s seat. I meet you where you are, move at your pace, and prioritize creating a space where you feel safe, respected, and empowered. My goal is to ensure therapy should feel supportive and collaborative, not overwhelming or forced. I support those navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress management challenges, including panic disorders, stress disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). My practice also supports clients living with bipolar disorder (also known as manic depressive illness), attention deficit disorder (ADD/ADHD), eating disorders, alcohol and substance abuse concerns, anger management and impulse control difficulties, and complex family or relationship issues. I provide affirming care around identity development, women’s issues, parenting issues and adolescent issues. Whether you are navigating major life transitions, managing chronic stress, or working through long-standing patterns, therapy can be a space to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward greater stability and self-understanding.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is focused on building connection and helping you feel at ease. Many describe the experience as having a natural, comfortable, meaningful conversation. I want to hear your story in a way that feels comfortable for you, without pressure or urgency to share more than you’re ready for. We will work together to establish goals and progress at a pace that is directed by you.
